cancer 5 year survival
If universal healthcare is so great, why does Europe lag behind the USA in 5 year cancer survival?

The United Kingdom in particular comes out badly in the tables, showing cancer survival rates that are among the worst in Europe. The findings suggest that the national cancer plan for England, which began in 2000, is not working, a second editorial comments.

British cancer patients not gives best drugs

http://www.findingdulcinea.com/news/health/July-August-08/British-cancer-Patients-Denied-Costly-Drugs.html

infant mortality rates are higher in the U.S. because we send more preemies to the NICU. in europe the rates “appear” lower because of how they classify babies that pass away shortly after birth, they classify them as never born. the result is a lower infant mortality rate.
don’t be fooled.

its the same numbers game they play with testing scores with high school students.
our juniors and seniors are scored based on all students.
in europe, if you are going to the trades or anywhere but higher

The Resveratrol craze is taking the world by storm. With international media coverage, more and more people are learning about Resveratrol and the wonderful benefits of taking it. Resveratrol (trans-resveratrol) is a phytoalexin that is produced naturally by various plants. Plants produce Resveratrol as a natural response to attack by pathogens like fungi and bacteria. It is also produced by chemical synthesis.

However, it attracted world wide attention in 1992 when a researcher found its presence in wine. After this milestone discovery it was suggested as the explanation for the cardiovascular benefits of red wine.

Taking Resveratrol has various cardiovascular benefits. Its been found to lower blood sugar and has anti-inflammatory properties as

Why do Americans have the highest survival rates for cancer in the world?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1560849/UK-cancer-survival-rate-lowest-in-Europe.html
For people treated for cancer, Americans are more likely to suvrive than any other people, regardless of demographics, rich or poor, white or black.

I hope you know that survival rates are only based on a five year time span?
Americans definitely have the best emergency and trauma care anywhere.!.
But long term survival depends entirely on major lifestyle changes – which Americans are not willing to do. Americans would rather die than diet!!!

Where can I purchase a suitable gift for a cancer patient in Ontario. Canada?

Without a specific area or item in mind, I’m sure you can find something in the Hospital gift shop, if you are in a different city, province, or country perhaps order something online. If your looking for something unique maybe try an antique shop.

Criticism of conventional medicine is often regarded as a product of the 1960s. Before then, ‘scientific medicine’ enjoyed uncontestable cultural prestige, with kindly but strict doctors wielding unquestioned authority over grateful patients while ‘quacks’ flogged dubious remedies to the poor and credulous – or so go popular perceptions and – for the most part – received scholarly wisdom. But the …
