cancer incidence
How can I calculate the number of people with cancer if I know the population size and incidence per 100,000?

I have the population of each state and the cancer incidence per hundred thousand in each state- how can i calculate the number of people with cancer?

For example the population of Texas is listed as 22,968,248 they have a cancer incidence rate of 427 per 100,000 how many people have cancer?

I’m horrible at math!
