Nice explanation of … Nice explanation of how cancer “spreads”. There is more information on cancer at Symposier site for physicians interested in related topics or just looking for medical topics, they can also share and deepen their knowledge with other physicians.

Thanks Sal for your … Thanks Sal for your explanation.
Mutated cells will undergo apoptosis , programme cell death, triggered by granzyme which is released by interferon such as Natural Killer cell or cytotoxic T lymphocytes.
When the immune system of a person is impaired or weakned by various sources such as processed foods and vaccinations, these NK cells and cytotoxic lymphocytes couldn’t work well or maybe are insufficient to kill all the tumor cells, resulting in malignant cancerous cells spreading.

- spreading without … – spreading without control, thus infiltrating various parts of the body.
However, for a working immune system, the NK cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes will be able to kill all the tumor cells, preventing malignant cancer cells from causing havoc.
Everyone has cancer cells being produced everyday but why most don’t develope tumors? This is because they have a fully functional immune system.
Just some thoughts

“something wrong … “something wrong with my brain”. don’t think so. Your brain works great. It takes the most complex subjects and makes them simple to understand. You are like the professor in college you wanted to take over and over.

As for youtube being bad, I wouldn’t care if a rocket scientist learned calculus from Khan. If it gets an “A” on the test in class, it’s accurate enough to learn from.

Haha! for a soon to … Haha! for a soon to be Dr you need to lighten up. I’m 53 compared to what I absorbed in College to what I absorbed the following years I would call it a ratio of .01% to 89%.
Youtube is awesome. I have learned more in 3 years of YouTube then I would have learned in a decade of Univeristy.
Good luck to you kid!
